Bottom of the bill is a podcast for DIY musicians navigating the current landscape on the periphery of the major industry cities. Hosted by Anton Laplume and Billy Begley, members of Jacksonville, FL’s up and coming band, Side Hustle, the podcast features appearances from various artists, club promoters, management, agents, and venue owners to give some real insight on the industry. Add a bit of comedic relief from from Begley and Laplume’s back and forth with the occasional jam session and you have, Bottom of the Bill.

Mitch and Tristan are the keyboardist and lead guitarist for indie rock band, Flipturn, based out of Fernandina Beach, FL. They have been touring nationally the past couple of years and are starting to get really known around the country after being put on giant festival line ups. Aaron Webb is a self taught bassist that started from Valdosta, Georgia. Within the first year of picking up a bass and playing it, Aaron joined the legendary jam band, Custard Pie. After moving to Jacksonville and quickly after the band break up, Aaron partnered up with drummer Brandon Howell and together they joined Firewater Tent Revival, bluegrass favorites in Duval, and later joined Wigeon with two time Bottom of the Bill guest, Ben Strok.
